Online Payments by Visa/Mastercard Debit or credit cards

Through OptionPay, our third-party payment processor, for a nominal processing fee you can make card payment through our website using the "MAKE A PAYMENT" link, on your smart phone by scanning the QR Code on the website, available at the  municipal front desk and outside on the door. All processing fees are charged by OptionPay and are not received by the Municipality.

You can pay the following bills with OptionPay: 

• Property Taxes
• Accounts Receivable
• Tax Certificates
• Cemetery Fees

**NOTE: Fees will be added for transactions made by credit/debit card. Please see the Option Pay information section below for more information on fees.

In order to make payments online, you will require numbers from your invoice or tax notice. 

What is OptionPay?

Is there an added fee for using OptionPay to with my credit card?

Yes All transactions carried out through OptionPay follow a tiered schedule, starting at a minimum fee of $2.00. To see the full fee schedule for using this payment option, please visit their fee schedule here.

Why is there an added fee to pay with credit card?

The fees are administered through the Option Pay program for the use of their service, and not through the RM of Manitou Lake.

Is my credit card and personal information secure with this program?

OptionPay provides information on their security measures here. Please note that the RM of Manitou Lake takes no responsibility for, and accepts no liability, in the event of security breaches, technical difficulty, or other issues that may arise from your use for OptionPay. All users accept responsibility for their use of this service and do so at their own risk.

You can pay your taxes or invoices through your bank's online bill payment system.

MAKE SURE YOU ARE NOT CHOOSING MANITOU BEACH. 

You can use a roll number number or your customer number from your tax notice which is displayed behind your name in brackets under the mailing date on the top righthand side.

We accept E-TRANSFER using rm442@sasktel.net.

No password necessary as it is set up for auto deposit. You may need to divide payments depending on your limit. Be sure to add your invoice number, roll number(s) or customer number in the notes, it is helpful for processing.
